It’s amazing how one cupboard can store up so many precious memories;Memories you’d almost forgotten about, ah, those beautiful memories.Summer cleaning has arrived and yours truly has been hard at work!Well, kind of. I keep stumbling onto things I almost forgot about thus: distraction.For instance, my knitting needles and halfway knitted scarf.Gosh, I remember purchasing my first set of needles in 2009.At first, it took me ages to work through a row yet gradually,It became second nature to me as I worked through row after row, effortlessly.Picked up my needles again after almost a year and for a moment,I forgot how to continue on. Thankfully, the memory is back and I’m definitely finishing up with my scarf!Then there’s all the notes and cards gathered from friends these past months;I almost forgot some of them even existed.It’s time to reconnect with my long lost friends.Sometimes I find it difficult to speak face to face,But it’s amazing how writing letters allows you to easily bond regardless.There’s just too many things to jot but nevertheless,I feel so happy, so contented.
